Stressful but all is well

Ayang has started her college this week and things has been hectic for a while, which is normal I think since she’s been out of touch of school since November. She is a bit overwhelmed with the whole college thing, she said it is so much different, like the way they study or how the lectures are conducted and she has to stay at school until 4.30pm everyday (she used to finish school by 12.30am when she was in high school so this is a big transition for her). Poor girl, she goes home tired every day. But I am sure she will be ok, she just need time to adjust to the new things.

On top of all that she said she enjoys it very much since she has few new friends in addition to her older ones. She likes the college too, its bigger and brighter (in terms of colours lol) with big cafeteria and library. She can bring her laptop and browse the internet from the library and do research on her study. But no handphone!

I am also a bit stressed this morning, we tried to rush everything and in the end Ayang forgot her water bottle. She was quite the whole time and in the end told me about her water bottle. I told her just to say it out loud if thats the case, rather than jumped into the car and told me 15 minutes into the journey. So my advise?  Get your water ready the night before!  Like what I did with our tea and breakfast.  Everything has to be done the night before and all is well.

The traffic jam is just horrendous, although its a bit better if we leave earlier than 6.30am. So thats what we are going to do. Wake up at around 5.15am, take showers, do our Subuh prayers, get into our attire, have breakfast and out the door.
